Where do you provide services?
We generally serve parts of East/North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, and Scottsdale. Service area availability is confirmed during the consultation, and additional travel charges may apply for extended distances. Please call to see if you are in our service area.
Do I have to continue service once I start?
No. You can choose to be billed per visit or weekly (your choice) and can cancel any time.
How many days can you visit a week?
We can visit one to five times a week for either 15 or 30 minutes each.
Who is this service for?
This service is designed for older adults who enjoy friendly, in-home visits and conversation. It works best for seniors who can communicate independently and appreciate a predictable, structured experience. Visits are not medical or hands-on care. We’ll review any specific needs during your free consultation to ensure this service works for your family.
Do you have providers who speak languages other than English?
No. At this time, we only visit with English-speaking clients.
What happens during a visit?
Visits focus solely on social engagement, such as conversation or companionship. Visits are calm, structured, and relationship-based. Clients may talk, sit quietly, or do a combination of both — silence is always welcome.
Can I cancel or reschedule a visit?
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Full cancellation and rescheduling details are outlined in the service agreement.
Can family members be involved?
Yes. Family members may assist with scheduling and payment, but the client must be aware of and agree to the visits.
What if I don’t feel like talking during a visit?
That’s completely fine. The visit is about presence, not performance. You are never expected to fill the time — simply sharing the space together is meaningful.
